Changelog
What changed, and when. The apps update themselves; the web app is always current.
v2.0
September 2026
Peekr goes multiplayer
- New name, new icon. Dashly is now Peekr; your existing library and settings carry over on first launch.
- Workspaces, groups with private or workspace visibility, and a guest role that sees only the groups it's added to.
- Assignment — to people and to bots. Bots have webhooks; a group's default assignee can be a bot.
- Text-only issues: press your capture shortcut twice to file one without a screenshot. Add a screenshot later.
- Sync between devices with field-level merge. Conflicting edits are kept on the capture, never dropped.
- Web app at peekr.dev with the full board, detail view, annotation editor, inbox and settings.
- Hosted MCP at mcp.peekr.dev with OAuth sign-in, plus scoped tokens for CI. Every action is attributed to “Client · Person”.
- Comments with @mentions, activity history, email and in-app notifications, hourly digests.
- Webhooks with HMAC signatures and retries; workspace API tokens; screenshot retention policy.
- Windows app with the same feature set. Notarized Mac installer.
