Terms of Service
Effective September 17, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and JTTTsolutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Peekr”, “we”), covering the Peekr desktop apps, the web app at peekr.dev, the API and the MCP server (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or installing the apps you agree to them. If you're using Peekr for an organisation, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.
1. The Service
Peekr is a visual bug board: you capture screenshots and notes, share them within workspaces, and let people and software agents act on them. The Service is currently in early access and provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans; if we do, we'll give at least 60 days' notice, nothing you've created will become inaccessible, and export will remain available.
2. Your account
You need an accurate email address and must keep your credentials, API tokens and bot tokens confidential. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for the actions of agents and integrations you connect. Tell us at security@peekr.dev if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Your content
You own what you put into Peekr — screenshots, notes, comments, everything. You grant us the limited licence needed to run the Service: to store, transmit, display and process your content for you, for the members of your workspaces, and for the agents you connect, according to the visibility rules you set. That licence ends when you delete the content, except for backups kept for up to 30 days. We don't use your content to train machine-learning models and we don't share it with third parties except the subprocessors named in our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for having the right to capture and share what you capture. Screenshots often contain other people's information; use the blur tool and the private-group defaults thoughtfully.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, harass people, or probe or overload our systems. Don't resell access or share one account between many people (invite them instead — it's free). Don't attempt to bypass visibility rules, quotas or the attribution of actions. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Agents, MCP clients and integrations
The Service lets third-party software act on your workspace with your permission. Those tools are yours to choose and to trust; we're not responsible for what they do with the access you grant, and we provide the OAuth consent screen, scoped tokens and per-action attribution so you can keep that control. Bots and webhooks you configure act with the permissions you assign them.
6. The desktop apps
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Peekr apps on devices you control. You may not reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute them except where law allows. The apps check for updates and may install them; a local-only library on your device is yours and is not covered by these terms beyond the licence to the software itself.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and may discontinue the Service with at least 90 days' notice, during which export stays available. Sections 3, 8, 9, 10 and 11 survive termination.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, though we work hard on all three. Bug reports, agent output and the actions of connected tools are not advice, and you're responsible for reviewing changes to your own systems.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JTTTsolutions, Inc. and its officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of US $100 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits; in those, they apply to the extent permitted.
10. Indemnity
You'll defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these terms, or the actions of agents and integrations you connect.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction. If you're a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants you non-waivable protections, those still apply.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we'll email account holders and post the new version here at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
