No. Screenshots, notes and comments are yours. They're stored to show them to your workspace and to the agents you connect, and for nothing else.
Export a workspace (JSON + images) from Settings at any time. The desktop apps keep a full local copy of everything you can see, so you're never locked out of your own work.
